资源寻求视角下中国对中亚直接投资研究

A resource-seeking-based study of China's direct investment in Central Asia

随着全球油气资源争夺激烈,我国经济增长与能源资源需求之间的矛盾日益突出,资源型OFDI的影响效应不断增强。运用引力模型研究2006—2014年中国对中亚直接投资的相关数据,分析中国对中亚直接投资的动机及各投资动机的影响效应。研究结果指出中国对中亚直接投资具备明显的资源寻求的特征,中亚市场规模正向影响中国对中亚的直接投资,但劳动力成本和双边贸易对中国对中亚直接投资影响不显著。

Along with the fierce global competition for oil and gas resources,the gap between economic growth and resource demand in China is getting even larger and the effect of resource-based OFDI is spreading. Based on the data of China's direct investment in Central Asia from 2006 to 2014,this paper studies the motives of these investments by means of the gravitational model and analyzes the causes and effects of the motives. The results show that China's direct investment is characterized by the strong resource-seeking motives. The size of Central Asian market has a positive impact on China's direct investment while the impact of labor costs and bilateral trade is insignificant.
