16种中草药提取物对2株草鱼致病菌的体外抑杀菌作用 被引量:8

Antibacterial Effect of 16 kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicines Against Pathogenic Bacteria from Grass Carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)in vitro

摘要 用纸片扩散法测定受试物的抑菌作用和二倍稀释法测定受试物最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)及最小杀菌质量浓度(MBC)的方法,研究地肤子、小茴香、茯苓、蛇床子、牡丹皮、黄芪、陈皮、藿香、猪苓、高良姜、黄柏、苦参、昆布、肉桂、姜黄和丁香16种中草药提取物对2株草鱼致病性嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila和类志贺邻单胞菌Plesiomonas shigelloides的体外抑菌作用。结果显示,茯苓对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达20mm以上,MIC为15.63 mg/mL,小茴香、昆布和姜黄次之,MIC均为31.25mg/mL;丁香对类志贺邻单胞菌的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径为(18.93±0.37)mm,其MIC为31.25 mg/mL,黄芪次之,其MIC为62.5 mg/mL。 The bacteriostatic effects of 16 Chinese herbal medicines including fructus kochiae, Foeniculum vulgare, Poria cocos, fructus cnidii, Cortex moutan, astragalus root, tangerine peel, patchouli, polyporus, galangal, phellodendron bark, flavescent sophora root, kelp, cinnamon, Curcuma longa and clove against two pathogenic bacteria Aeromonas hydrophila and Plesiomonas shigelloides from grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ) in vitro were detected through disc diffusion method and via determination of minimal inhibito- ry concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) by double dilution method. The results showed that Poria cocos had the best inhibitory effect on Aerornonas hydrophila, with the maximal inhibitory circle of over 20 mm, and MIC of 15.63 mg/mL, followed by Foeniculum vulgate, kelp and Curcuma longa, with MIC of 31.25 mg/mL. Flos caryophylli had the best inhibitory effect on Plesiomonas shigelloides, with the maximal MIC of ( 18.93± 0.37) mm, and MIC of 31.25 mg/mL, followed by Astragalus, with MIC of 62.5 mg/mL.
