摘要
,广东省是我国沿海发达地区,然而广东区域发展不平衡问题也较为突出其中梅州市是该省典型的欠发达地区。近五年来梅州市房地产发展强劲,销售量和销售价格均增长较快,去库存效果明显,但也存在房价,偏高、金融资源投入过大、挤压实体经济发展以及潜在信贷风险等问题。应统筹兼顾,稳定价格,控制风险,加强政策引导,加大实体经济发展力度,保持房地产持续健康发展。
Guangdong Province is the developed coastal area whose regional imbalance is very obviuse. Mei Zhou is the typical underdeveloped area there. The real estate industry of Mei Zhou developed fastly in the last five years. Sales price and sales volumes haveincreased quickly. There is good destocking effect,but the real estate prices are on the high side, and the financial resources inputed too much, while the real economy is squeezed. In order to keep real estate develop healthily, the price should be stabilized, the risk should be controlled,and the policy guidance should be strengthened. The real estate economy should be more supported etc.
