应用型大学转型实践研究——以大学体育课实行俱乐部制为例

Practical Research on Transformation of Application-oriented University——A Case Study of P.E. Club Teaching Reform

运用文献资料、调查分析和实验研究等方法,对钦州学院大学体育教学实行俱乐部制改革的实践经验进行分析,探索地方本科院校向应用型大学转型的新途径,结果显示:实行体育俱乐部可以有效地推动地方院校向应用型大学转型。面对存在的问题可以通过建立校地体育融合发展观念、构建"校内外一体化"的服务体系、组建一体化组织管理机构、制定体育教学俱乐部运行评价机制、以政府为主导建立体育和教育部门的联动机制等方法解决。

An analysis is made of the practice of Qinzhou University＇s P. E. club teaching reforms during its transformation to application-oriented university by ways of documentary collecting, investigation and experimental researches, exploring new paths for local colleges＇ transition to application-oriented university. The results show that local colleges＇ transition to application-oriented universities could be effectively advanced by measures of bridging colleges and mass sports based on P. E. clubs, actively accelerating harmonious development of college physical education and social sports, achieving human resources sharing of inside and outside of college, building students＇ study and practice platforms, deepening college P. E. teaching reforms, providing theoret- ical support for teaching reforms, etc. Besides, in order to tackle with the existing problems, countermeasures should be taken such as strengthening publicity of school-local sports integration, constructing sports facilities inside and outside of school, setting up a social instructor systems, establishing an integrated management system to speed up coordinated development of college physical education and social sports, setting up an evaluation system for P.E. teaching clubs management as well as a govemment-guiding interactive mechanism involving sports department and education department.
