阿萨伊对虚热证大鼠神经递质、三长轴激素及环核苷酸的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Acaí( Euterpe oleracea) on Neurotransmitter,Triaxial Hormone and Cyclic Nucleotide in Rats with Deficiency Heat Syndrome

摘要 目的:研究阿萨伊对虚热证大鼠神经递质、三长轴激素及环核苷酸水平的变化探讨阿萨伊的寒热药性。方法:SD大鼠分为空白组;虚热模型组,虚热模型加黄柏组、加阿萨伊高、低剂量组;采用每日肌肉注射地塞米松磷酸钠1次、连续21 d的方法制备大鼠虚热模型;通过酶免法与放免法检测神经递质(NE、DA、5-HT)、激素(T4、T3、CORT、E_2、T)及环核苷酸(c AMP、c GMP)指标变化。结果:阿萨伊高剂量组能显著降低血清中NE、DA、T4、T3、E_2、c AMP、c GMP值(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001);阿萨伊高剂量组能显著升高血清中5-HT、CORT、T(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.05);阿萨伊组的作用趋势与黄柏、葛根芩连汤一致,表现出对虚热模型大鼠的调整作用。结论:本实验以同类比较药理学方法验证了理论推导的阿萨伊中药寒凉药性。 To study the effects of Acaí on neurotransmitter,triaxial hormone and cyclic nucleotide in rats with deficiency heat syndrome and to discuss the drug property of cold and heat. All the SD rats were divided into blank group,deficiency-heat model group,deficiency-heat + Cortex Phellodendri group,deficiency-heat + Acaí high dose and low dose groups. The model rats were prepared by using daily intramuscular injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate with continuous injection for 21 days. The changes of neurotransmitter( NE,DA,5-ht),hormones( T4,T3,CORT,E_2,T) and cyclic nucleotide( c AMP and c GMP) were detected by enzyme-free method and free-release method. The level of NE,DA,T4,T3,E_2,c AMP and c GMP in serum were significantly decreased in the Acaí high dose group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 001,P〈0. 001,P〈0. 01,P〈0. 001,P〈0. 001,P〈0. 001). The levels of 5-HT,CORT and T in serum were significantly increased in the Acaí high dose group( P〈0. 001,P〈0. 05,P〈0. 05).The Acaí showed the same effect with Cortex Phellodendri and Gegen Qinlian Decoction in adjusting the levels of deficiency-heat rats. This experiment verified a comparative pharmacological method to derive the drug property of cold and heat of Asai.
