静电层层自组装在棉织物阻燃整理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 采用静电层层自组装法将聚磷酸铵和壳聚糖成功组装到棉织物表面进行阻燃整理,分析组装溶液p H值、质量浓度、组装层数等因素对棉织物阻燃效果的影响,得到阻燃棉织物整理最优工艺为:组装液壳聚糖质量浓度5 g/L,p H值5,聚磷酸铵质量浓度5 g/L,p H值6,组装层数20层。组装后,棉织物的极限氧指数为29.4%,增重率为18.6%。扫描电镜、组装棉织物的染色K/S值,以及组装前后棉织物燃烧灰烬均说明,壳聚糖和聚磷酸铵已被成功组装到棉织物表面上。 Ammonium polyphosphate and chitosan is successfully assembled to the surface of cotton fabric for flame retardancy by electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly. The effects of pH value, concen- tration and number of assembly layers are analyzed. The optimum process of flame retardant finishing is the concentration of chitosan 5 g/L, pH value 5, the concentration of ammonium polyphosphate 5 g/L, pH value 6, and the number of assembly 20 layers. After assembly, the limit oxygen index of cotton fab- ric is 29.2% and the weight gain rate is 18.6%. It shows that the chitosan and ammonium polyphosphate are successfully assembled onto the surface of the cotton fibers.
