断食与肿瘤治疗的研究进展

摘要 断食通过下调胰岛素样生长因子-1表达、抑制下游信号通路、降低葡萄糖和有氧糖酵解水平、减少能量供应、促进凋亡、增强肿瘤免疫以及增强放化疗和靶向治疗疗效等对抗肿瘤,还可以通过促进造血恢复以及减轻化疗相关的呕吐、腹泻及心脏毒性等不良反应提高化疗耐受。断食在肿瘤治疗中发挥一定的作用。作为一种全新的肿瘤非药物治疗手段,断食疗法在临床上的应用还需进一步研究探索。
