The Application of Positive Psychology in Vocational Guidance Practice of Colleges and Universities in the New Era

摘要 积极心理学致力于研究优势与美德,提倡用积极的、欣赏的眼光看待每一个人,与职业指导工作的要求深度契合,因为职业指导的最终目的正是"帮助个体确立有利于自身发展的职业方向"。^(【1】)中国特色社会主义进入新时代对职业指导工作提出了新的要求,即满足"人民日益增长的对美好生活需要"。积极心理学理论为职业指导工作的这一发展方向提供了理论借鉴。将积极心理学理论应用于高校职业指导工作的具体实践,积极探索帮助大学生建立积极的自我图式、激发积极情绪、塑造积极人格、营造积极环境系统的具体路径,既有利于促进大学生的自由全面发展,也有利于高校职业指导理论体系的完善,更有利于和谐家庭、和谐校园乃至和谐社会的建设。 Positive Psychology is dedicated to researching strengths and virtues, which advocates viewing people positively and appreciatively. And it is in line with the requirements of career guidance, because the ultimate goal of career guidance is "to help individuals establish a career that is good for their own development direction". Entering a new era with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, new requirements have been put forward on career guidance, that is, to meet "people's growing need for a better life". Positive psychology theory provides guidance for this direction of career guidance. The positive psychology theory is applied to the practice of vocational guidance in colleges and universities to actively explore to help students establish a positive self-schema, to stimulate positive emotions, create a positive personality, and create a positive environment for the specific path, and it contributes to promoting college students freedom and comprehensive Development, but also contributes to the improvement of vocational guidance system in colleges and universities, and to the construction of a harmonious family, a harmonious campus and even a harmonious society.
