资本市场的健康发展依赖于完善的规章制度、健全的证券监管法规和树立价值的投资理念,否则,难以为广大投资者创造公平的投资环境,也不能克服因资本逐利本性引起的资本国际自由流动,导致目标资本市场资金供求失衡,股票等金融产品价格剧烈波动。其中,中概股回归引起我国资本市场股票等金融产品价格的剧烈波动,反衬出我国资本市场在制度、法规建设和投资理念等方面,还存在一些缺陷。通过对中概股回归原因及对我国证券市场影响的深入分析,旨在提出促进我国资本市场健康发展的对策性建议。

The healthy development of capital market depends on perfect rules and regulations,sound regulation of securities and investment idea of creating value.Otherwise,it is difficult to create a fair investment environment for investors,and they cannot overcome the free flow of capital among nations caused by the nature of the pursuit of profit,leading to the imbalance between supply and demand of capital market and the fluctuation of the price of stock and other financial products.The return of Chinese Concept Share results in the fluctuation of the price of stock and other financial products of Chinese capital market,which indicates that there are still many deficiencies in market system,laws and regulations construction,investment idea and other aspects of Chinese capital market.This paper aims to provide advice for the healthy development of Chinese capital market through the analysis of the reason of the return of Chinese Concept Share and its influence on Chinese securities market.
