自媒体时代的到来引发了传媒领域更新换代,但却给依托书籍、报刊和电视广播等传统媒体的思想政治工作带来了前所未有的危机与挑战。思想政治工作在自媒体环境中陷入了失语、缺位的尴尬境地,"一元话语权"面临旁落。思想政治工作要在自媒体时代保持自身的话语权就必须顺应时代潮流,运用新媒体新技术使思想政治工作活起来,推动思想政治工作传统优势同信息技术高度融合,增强时代感和吸引力。

The coming of the We-Media era has brought not only changes and updates,but also new crisis and challenges to the ideological and political work of traditional media,such as book,newspaper,television and so on.The ideological and political work fell into the awkward situation of being silenced and absent,and ＂centralized discourse power＂lost its authority.In order to maintain discourse power,the ideological and political work in We-Media era has to conform to the trend of times and make itself alive by new media and new technology.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to promote the combination of the traditional advantages of the ideological and political work and information technology,and enhance its modernity and attraction.
