摘要
文化薄弱是一种隐性的薄弱,它比物质薄弱、质量薄弱都难以改变。当前农村薄弱学校面临着学校发展目标的城市化、教师面临多重压力并形成封闭保守的特殊职业群体、学校培养的学生多是难以很好地适应社会生活的"文化边缘人"等文化困境。这些困境主要由城市教育价值取向的预设,城市文化的冲击;教师身份的转变,教师管理与考核的过度移植与专业化;"教育上移",学生离土等原因造成的。为此,整合文化,以培养健全人格的公民为目标;传承与发展乡土文化,建设特色农村学校;培育教师的乡土情怀,重建农村教师文化。这是农村薄弱学校走出文化困境的必然选择。
Cultural weakness is a recessive weakness which is more difficult to change than that of material and poor quality.There are some cultural dilemmas in the development of the rural hard-to-staff schools.At the school level,the school's development goals are oriented towards urbanization.At the teacher level,teachers face multiple pressures and form a closed and conservative professional group.At the student level,the students who are trained in the school are often called"culturally marginalized"who are unable to adapt to the social life well.These dilemmas are mainly based on the presupposition of the urban education value orientation,the impact of urban culture,the transformation of teacher's identity,and the over-transplantation and specialization of teacher management and assessment.In addition,the loss of students'local feelings and the appearance of"Education Shift"are all exacerbating the cultural dilemma.Therefore,the integration of culture is the inevitable choice for rural poor schools to get out of the cultural dilemma.Specifically,the goal of the integration culture is to cultivate the citizens of sound personality.We should pay more attention to the inheritance and development of local culture in constructing characteristic rural schools.Besides,it also helps to cultivate teachers'local feelings and rebuild rural teachers'culture.
