运用SWOT分析法,对吉林省冰雪休闲体育旅游进行研究。主要结论:吉林省冰雪休闲体育旅游的优势为冰雪资源丰富、文化底蕴深厚、赛事活动多样等;劣势为气候较寒冷、起步较晚、产业链条不够完善、人才短缺等;机遇为全民健身战略的实施、"3亿人上冰雪"的契机、振兴东北老工业基地的拉动、长吉图和长吉一体化发展等;威胁是全球气候变暖、国内外竞争激烈、科学技术进步等。建议:吉林省冰雪休闲体育旅游以特色文化助推发展,加大软硬件配套设施建设,加强专业人才培养等。

The method of SWOT analysis was used to study the snow and ice leisure sports tourism in Jilin province. Main conclusions： the advantages are rich in snow and ice resources, profound cultural heritage and diverse event activities; the disadvantages are colder climate, relatively late of starting, incomplete industrial chain, shortage of talents, etc; the opportunities including the implementation of national fitness strategy, the opportunity of ＂300 million people participating in snow and ice sports＂, the revitalization of old industrial base in northeast China, the integrated development of ChangchunJilin-Tumen and Changchun-Jilin; the threats are the global warming, fierce domestic and foreign competition, scientific and technological progress. Suggestion： promote development with characteristic culture, increase the construction of hardware and software mating facilities and strengthen training of professional personnel.
