Progresses and Prospects of Weightlessness Physiology in China

摘要 随着6次载人飞行的圆满成功,我国失重生理学研究已经全面进入地面结合航天实验阶段。本文系统回顾了我国交会对接任务阶段自主开展的系列卧床实验结果,飞行任务人体生理影响,以及在失重生理机制上取得的自主创新研究成果;简要从防护目标,防护措施研制模式,防护方案以及评估技术几个方面介绍了面向空间站长期飞行任务的失重生理效应防护技术体系,提出了未来长期载人航天以及深空探测我国失重生理学的发展方向。 Along with the success of six manned spaceflight missions,weightlessness simulations combined with on-orbit experiments became the primary research mode for weightlessness physiology in China. In this paper,the weightlessness physiological effects from series of head-down bed rests and evidences from series "ShenZhou"missions were reviewed. Independent innovation findings of China in weightlessness physiological mechanisms were introduced. A brief overview about countermeasure system for long-term manned space flight was elucidated in countermeasure target,countermeasure development mode,countermeasure programs and countermeasure evaluation techniques. The development prospects were put forward for the future weightlessness physiology researches in long-term space flight operations and deep space explorations.
