摘要 本文系统综述了航天医学问题的细胞学与分子生物学基础的最新进展,阐述了失重和辐射生物学效应的新认识、新方法和以及研究热点,重点综述了生物体对重力信号的感受、转导、传递和反应过程中的基本生物学问题以及航天过程中多种环境因素对机体影响的分子机制研究的最新进展,并展望了该领域研究的发展方向及其在航天医学中的应用。 This paper reviewed the background and up to date progress in cellular and molecular basics of space medical problems. The effects of weightlessness and space radiation on cell and organism were summarized. The focus of this review was on the basic biological issues involved in the perception,transduction,transmission and response of organisms to signals such as gravity,as well as the molecular mechanism of space medical problems. The new strategies of study in space molecular medicine was also discussed.
