摘要
本文概述了航天营养与食品工程学科的研究背景与内容,从航天营养代谢研究、航天食品工程技术和航天食品安全技术三个分支方向,系统论述了学科发展与工程实践的应用现状,并围绕载人航天向长期空间驻留和深空探测方向的发展需求,提出了对学科后续研究面临的挑战和展望。
This paper briefly reviewed the background and development of space food and engineering,including space nutrition metabolism,space food processing and space food security,each of which provides insights into different classes of space food constituents. Systemically,the newest development and applicaiton of this subject was discussed,which further presents the challenges and expectations in future human space remaining and deeper exploration.
