基于团队和任务维度的团队情境意识评价方法

An Evaluation Method for Team Situation Awareness Based on Teamwork and Taskwork

目的为团队情境意识研究提供一种简便有效的评价方法。方法通过对团队情境意识、情境意识和团队共享心智模型等领域的分析,提出评测团队情境意识的两维度三方面,并在此基础上形成TSART(team situation awareness rating technique)量表,进行初步的信效度探究,初测样本包含34名受试者,复测样本包含60名受试者。结果经过初测和复测,TSART量表信度达到0.897,验证性因子分析支持了量表的结构效度,与SART(situational awareness rating technique)量表的皮尔逊相关达到0.4以上,支持了量表的外部效度。结论本研究提出的TSART量表能够作为评价团队情境意识的方法,为团队情境意识的研究提供新工具。

Objective To develop an effective and convenient evaluation method for team situation awareness（ TSA） researches. Methods Based on the analysis of TSA,situation awareness（ SA） and other fields such as team shared mental model,the two dimensions and three aspects for evaluation of TSA were put forward. Then the team situation awareness rating technique（ TSART） scale was formed and the experiments were conducted to explore the reliability and validity of it. There were 34 participants in the first test experiment and 60 participants in the second experiment. Results The reliability of TSART scale achieved 0. 897,and the confirmatory factor analysis qualified the construct validity. The Pearson correlation coefficient with situational awareness rating technique（ SART） scale was above 0. 4,which supported the external validity. Conclusion As a new evaluation method,the TSART scale developed by this paper can be a new tool for researches on TSA.
