舱外航天服不同装夹状态下有限元分析及试验验证

摘要 目的利用有限元分析的方法为舱外航天服振动试验装夹状态的选择提供有效的计算依据。方法建立舱外航天服有限元模型,通过模态分析与试验数据的比较,验证了所建模型的正确性,进而进行正弦振动下的响应分析,得出两种不同装夹状态的响应。结果通过两种不同装夹状态下的响应分析,可以得出用模拟装夹方式更接近真实安装状态,舱外服用模拟支架进行正弦振动试验更合适。结论有限元分析方法可以为产品试验提供可靠的分析数据,对于复杂结构,振动试验时尽可能真实地模拟安装状态,可以避免过试验。 Objective The method of finite element analysis was used to provide effective data basis for the selection of the fixing state of the EVA spacesuit vibration test. Methods The finite element model of EVA spacesuit was established. The correctness of the model was verified through modal analysis and experimental data comparison,and then the response analysis under sine vibration was carried out to get the response of under two different fixtures. Results According to the response analysis under two different fixing states,it could be concluded that the simulation fixture was much closer to the real installation condition,and the spacesuit with the simulated fixture was more suitable for the sine vibration test. Conclusion The finite element analysis method could provide reliable analysis data for product test. For the complex structure,in order to avoid over test,it would better to use the simulation real fixing state to do the sine vibration test.
