摘要
设计一种Φ841 mm大规格无缝钢管生产线冷床机组,介绍其主要技术参数以及主要组成和工序,并分析其设计、制造、安装过程的主要难点与设计特点。分析认为:该大规格无缝钢管冷床双滚轮链条拨爪结构、冷床大坡度布置、驱动电机反向设置等设计,其功能完备、设计合理、成本低且自动化程度高,综合性能达到国内先进水平。
Introduced in the paper is the design of a φ841 mm cooling bed for large size seamless steel tubes concerning its major technical parameters, composition and cooling schedule. The main difficulties in designing, manufaeuturing and assembling the cooling bed as well as its design characteristics are analyzed. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the φ841 mm cooling bed for large size seamless steel tubes has complete functions, reasonable design, low cost and high automation level, as well as a comprehensive performance reaching the advanced domestic level, which is realized by design aspects such as double-roller chain claw structure, big gradient arrangement and drive motor reversing device etc.
