摘要
SOP贴片元件的定位识别主要采用的是Canny算子进行图像边缘检测,传统的Canny算子在滤波和阀值分割方面不能很好地满足SOP元件的识别精度。针对此问题,对Canny算子进行改进,采用中值滤波及形态学闭运算滤波替代Canny算子的高斯滤波器,能更好达到去噪效果;提出一种基于改进的最大类间方差法自适应的搜索出Canny算子的双阀值,解决了SOP元件对外界环境变化敏感问题;利用Canny算子提取出边缘轮廓结合基于邻接矩阵的搜索方法和最小二乘法实现元件的定位识别。仿真结果表明,改进后的算法能更好的提高SOP元件的识别精度,具有较好的自适应能力。
The Canny operator is mainly used to detect the image edge of the SOP patch element,but the traditional Canny algorithm can not meet the recognition accuracy of SOP element in filtering and threshold segmentation.Aiming at this problem,the median filter and morphological closed operation filter replace the Gauss filter of Canny operator,which is better to remove noises;Then a adaptive method based on most between-cluster variance method is putted forward,which solves double threshold of Canny operator for solving the SOP sensitive changing in external environment;Finally,the Canny operator in combination with adjacency matrix and the least square method is used for realizing SOP location identification.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm not only can improve the recognition accuracy of SOP,but also having better adaptive ability.
