思想政治教育作为人类实践活动的一个重要方面,肩负着传承主导政治文化和价值观念的责任和使命。基于当前中外各种社会思潮相互激荡、思想文化和意识形态领域的交锋日趋复杂的新形势,世界各国都更为普遍地注重提升本国主导价值观念的吸引力和凝聚力,从而不断增强本国思想政治教育在立德树人问题上的基础性地位。历史境遇和现实问题都要求我们要在比较鉴别中不断挖掘和发挥思想政治教育的特色和优势,不断彰显其所内在蕴含的信仰的力量、理论的力量和教育的力量,进而推动思想政治教育的当代转型。信仰是一种精神力量,理论是一种逻辑力量,教育是一种实践力量,三者相互依存,协调统一,共同促进思想政治教育的健康发展。

As a vital aspect of human being＇s practice,Ideological Political Education shoulders great duty in leading the social mainstream ideology and guiding the political culture. Accounting for the complex social circumstances which are full of different social ideological trends and the confrontations between opposed core cultures or ideologies give us new challenges. Governments worldwide focus on improving the influences and cohesive forces of their own mainstream ideology more than ever by enhancing the critical leading role that Ideological Political Education plays in Morality Education. To answer the questions raised by historical causes and complicated reality atmosphere,it＇s needed to explore and make better use the characteristics and advantages of ideological political education through comparison with other country＇s morality education. Using the powers of belief,theory and education to promote the contemporary transition of ideological political education can contribute to the full development of ideological political education. Balancing the combination of three powers——briefly,the power of spirit,the power of logic and the power of practice——should be highly considered.
