教育逻辑和管理逻辑的背离与契合——兼论教育饱受诟病的缘由 被引量:11

摘要 教育逻辑和管理逻辑是教育活动中的一对重要矛盾,二者各有其实践逻辑和合理性。教育活动、管理活动和教育管理活动在演化过程中的相互渗透和错综交织,使教育逻辑和管理逻辑,在此消彼长的同时,也存在着背离和契合。教育逻辑和管理逻辑在资源配置、目标、主体关系、情理关系、评价等方面的背离,导致教育领域出现了许多为人诟病的问题。这种背离,同教育的利益相关者、学校制度、教育行政体制、国家体制、社会文化乃至经济社会发展水平有着直接或间接的联系。因此,很难在短期内得以改变。处理教育逻辑和管理逻辑的关系,须坚持"一分为三"的方法论。当下,以教育目的和规律为导向建设现代学校制度,是促进二者走向契合的关键因素。 Educational logic and management logic,both with practical logic and rationality,form a contradiction in education activities. Interpenetration of education activities,management activities and management of education activities during the whole evolutionary process puts educational logic and management logic under deviation and conjunction during their growth and decline. The deviation between educational logic and management logic in resource allocation,objective,relation among individualsubjects,relation among feelings and reasons,evaluation lead to numerous issues that incur criticism about education. It is extremely difficult to change this kind of deviation in a short term because stakeholders,school system,education administration system,state system,social culture and developmental level of society and economy are all involved in directly or indirectly. It is the key to persist in the methodology of "one divides into three"while processing the relation between educational logic and management logic. Here and now,taking educational objective and pattern as orientation to establish modern school system is a crucial factor to accelerate the conjunction between educational logic and management logic.
