An improved local conflict information redistribution algorithm

摘要 针对高冲突证据融合算法进行研究,提出改进的局部冲突信息再分配算法。新算法利用证据相似度函数和一致性因子共同度量证据可信度,在此基础上给出改进的焦元可信度计算公式,并将其应用于对局部多元冲突信息进行加权再分配。分析了不同冲突度量参数的特点及其适用性以及冲突证据融合过程中证据及焦元可信度的有效计算方法。对新算法和相关算法的性能进行理论和应用对比分析,结果表明,新算法能够通过提高证据冲突度量精度和对局部多元冲突信息进行合理分配,在较大程度上提高冲突证据融合结果的可靠性和稳定性,是一种适用于复杂探测环境的目标识别算法。 The high-coifflict evidence fusion algorithm is studied in this paper, and an improved local con- flict information redistribution algorithm is proposed. In the new algorithm, evidence similarity function and consistency factor are used to measure the credibility of evidence together. On this basis, an improved formula for calculating the credibility of the focal element is given, and it is applied to the weighted redis- tribution of the local multivariate conflict information. The characteristics and applicability of different conflict measure parameters and the effective calculation methods of the credibility of evidence and that of focal elements in conflict evidence fusion process are analyzed, respectively. The performances of the new algorithm and related algorithms are compared and analyzed. The results show that the new algo- rithm can effectively improve the reliability and stability of conflict evidence fusion results by improving the accuracy of COnlqict measurement of evidence and reasonably assigning the local multivariate conflict information,and is a target recoglaition algorithm suitable for complex detection environment.
