摘要
针对煤矿井下常用的水位传感器不能满足测量要求的问题,设计了一种矿用特殊水质水位传感器,介绍了该水位传感器的测量原理,详细阐述了该水位传感器的系统硬件设计和系统软件设计。通过实验测试与分析表明,该水位传感器能在煤泥水等复杂的水质条件下正常工作,具有测量精确、适应性强、可靠性高、成本低等特点。
Aimed at the problem of common mining water level sensors can not satisfied measurement requirements, the au thors designed a mining water level sensor for special water quality, introduced the measurement principle, and elaborated the de sign of the hardware system and software system of the sensors. The experimental measurement and analysis showed that the wa ter level sensors worked well in the slime water and other special water quality conditions with features of accurate measurement, welladapted, high reliability and low costs.
