摘要
在推动轮岗交流常态化的背景下,如何借助优秀流动教师在薄弱校中打造一支新型的优质师资队伍,是教育均衡长效作用发挥中亟需关注的一个议题。研究发现,轮岗交流在政策层面上重视优秀师资的转移,而相对忽视了培育适宜弱校情境的优秀教师。在实践层面上,一方面,流入校教师难以对优秀流动教师的有效实践进行创造性突破,以获得长足发展;另一方面,作为一个"过客",流动教师自身也无意且难以发挥引领作用。因此,要推动流入校的师资能量建设,需要平衡"轮"与"创"的关系,为优秀流动教师创设领导教师发展的平台,并在此基础上重建流入校的文化生态。
In the policy context which tries to institutionalize teacher rotation, it is necessary to pay attention to the issue of how to build a team of quality staff in receiving schools. In this paper it was found that the concerned policy paid more attention to transfer of good teachers rather than development of quality teachers in weaker schools. In practice, it is difficult for teachers in receiving schools to create knowledge based on those transferred from rotated teachers. And as"short stayers", the rotated teachers have neither will nor space to lead the other teachers' development in the receiving school. It is suggested that we need to balance "transfer"and"creation"of quality teachers and provide opportunities of teacher leaders for those rotated ones to achieve an ecological change of receiving schools.
