摘要
以往的学校文化建设更多关注"看见",关注外显的设计,注重物化的表象,表现为一种成人功利本位。文化即"心声",文化主要植根于内心,因而文化主要靠"听见"而非只是"看见"。文化的理解应关注局内人的心声,注重深层的意义,强调儿童成长的立场。由此,学校文化建设应"以听为见",从"看见"走向"听见"。基于"听见"的学校文化建设主要包括三大任务:"寻根"、"聚魂"与"布道"。"寻根"就是通过听局内人的故事找到学校的"文脉",了解学校的意义网络;"聚魂"即寻找共享的意义,聚合成学校的"核心价值观和信念",作为学校发展的"精气神";"布道"即基于学校文化之"魂"进行本校的课程规划,让学校文化彰显、扎根于学校的教育实践之中,使课程成为实现学校文化的核心路径和主要通道。
In the past, school culture construction mainly focus on"seeing", such as explicit designing, materialized representation from the adults' views. Culture is a kind of "voice"which is mainly rooted in people's soul, so that the culture is mainly"being heard"but not "being seen". The understanding of culture should focus on the inner voice of the school members and pay more attention to the deep meaning and emphasizing the role of children's growth. Therefore, the construction of school culture should from being seen to being heard."Hearing"is an important way of"seeing meaning". The construction of school culture based on"hearing"mainly includes three tasks:"seeking roots","gathering souls"and"curriculum planning"."Seeking roots"aims to find the contexts of school by hearing the stories of the insiders, and to waves the meaning network which signifies the school. "Gathering soul"is to search the meaning of sharing, and to integrate into the schools"core values and beliefs", which is the essence of school development. "Whole-School Curriculum Planning" is to organize all the subjects according to the soul of school culture. Curriculum is the main channel to make the school culture become true.
