系统性红斑狼疮患者CD4^- CD8^-双阴性T细胞检测及其临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value and Detection of Double Negative T Cells in Patients with SLE

目的评估活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者的双阴性T细胞的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年1月-2016年12月收治的90例活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者作为研究组。同时抽取90例健康体检者作为对照组。统计分析研究组和对照组细胞免疫指标的情况。统计学分析采用描述性统计分析及t检验。结果与健康对照组比较,活动期SLE患者CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+T细胞,CD3^-CD19^+B细胞升高(P<0.05);CD4^+/CD8^+降低(P<0.05);CD3^+CD4^-CD8^-T细胞(Double negative T cell,DNT)升高(P<0.01)。结论细胞免疫指标对系统性红斑狼疮患者的免疫状态评价具有重要临床应用价值。其中,CD3^+CD4^-CD8^-双阴性T细胞(DNT)的检测尤为重要,应该重视。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of parameters of cellular immunity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）. Methods Methods From January 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital 90 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients as the study group. At the same time,a total of 90 cases of healthy volunteers as control group. A retrospective statistical analysis of the study group and the control group of cellular immunity index. Statistical analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and t test. Results Compared with healthy control,percentage of CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^＋T cell and CD3^＋CD19^-B cell increased in SLE（P〈0. 05）. CD4^＋/CD8^＋reduced（P〈0. 05）. Percentage of CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^-T cell（Double negative T cell,DNT） increased（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The parameters of cellular immunity in SLE have important clinical application value for evaluating immunity status of patients with SLE,especially DNT. It should be pay more attention to.
