全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的作用探讨

Effect Discussion of Comprehensive Nursing on Pediatric Epilepsy Care

目的研究全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的作用。方法根据随机数字表方法进行2014年5月—2016年5月30例小儿癫痫患儿分组,对照组15例采用常规护理;全面护理组15例采用全面护理。就两组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间和家长满意度、半年复发率进行比较。结果全面护理组家长满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。全面护理组半年复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。全面护理组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的作用确切,可有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短住院时间,降低复发率,父母满意。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on pediatric epilepsy care. Methods According to the random number table method,we selected 76 cases of pediatric patients with epilepsy from May 2014 to May 2016 in the study. There were 15 cases in comparison group who were treated with conventional nursing,while 15 cases in comprehensive nursing group were treated with comprehensive nursing. We made the comparisons for the two groups on the time of symptoms disappeared,time of hospital stay,satisfaction of parents,and recurrence rate in half of a year.Results The satisfaction rate of parents in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group（P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the comprehensive nursing group was obviously lower than that of the comparison group（P〈0. 05）. The time of symptoms disappeared,and the time of hospital stay in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the comparison group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing on pediatric epilepsy care is effective,which can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the recurrence rate and enhance the parents＇ satisfaction.
