Research Status and Future Development in Antioxidant Properties of Lignin

摘要 木素产品主要来源于造纸工业和生物炼制行业,但利用其制备高值化学品的生产较少。抗氧化性作为木素的重要特性之一,对解决化学合成抗氧化剂成本高的问题,以及实现木素有效利用具有重要意义。本文对木素抗氧化性的研究进行了总结,从木素的抗氧化原理、分离提取及制备纳米颗粒对其抗氧化性的影响角度进行了介绍,以期为木素高附加值产品的研究和开发提供参考。 The lignin product mainly comes from the paper making and bio-refinery industries. However, the production of high- value chemicals from lignin is rare. Antioxidant is one of the important characteristics of lignin, which can be utilized. There are some disadvantages of chemical synthetic antioxidants on the market, such as high cost. In this review, a brief summary of the research status on lignin antioxidant was given. This review was plotted from the following perspectives: (1) the principles, applications, and future development in antioxidant properties of lignin, and (2) effects of separation and extraction on its antioxidant. The paper was aimed to provide information on the research and development of high value-added products from lignin.
