经鼻型肠梗阻导管在肠梗阻治疗中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Transnasal Ileus Tube in the Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨经鼻型肠梗阻导管治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析天津市第三中心医院收治的肠梗阻患者88例,根据治疗方法不同,分为研究组42例和对照组46例。研究组采用经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗,对照组采用普通鼻胃管治疗。观察两组患者置管治疗成功率,肠梗阻征象缓解情况和并发症率。结果全部患者置管成功率为98.9%,研究组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛腹胀缓解时间、肛门排气排便缓解时间和液气平面消失时间,均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);置管后日均引流量及24 h胃肠减压量,研究组远大于对照组(P<0.01);在并发症发生率方面,对照组要高于研究组,但两组差异无统计学意义。结论经鼻肠梗阻导管治疗肠道梗阻疗效确切,并发症少,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transnasal ileus tube in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods Investigating clinical effect of transnasal ileus tube in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective analysis of 88 patients with intestinal obstruction in the hospital was done. According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into 42 cases in the study group and 46 cases in the control group. The success rate of using transnasal ileus tube therapy,intestinal obstruction remission and complications of two groups were compared. Results Success rate of all patients was 98. 9%. The total efficiency of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group（P〈 0. 05）. Abdominal pain relief time,anal exhaust time and defecation relief liquid gas plane disappeared time of the study group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0. 01）; the average daily catheter drainage and 24 h gastrointestinal decompression in study group were more than the control group（P 〈0. 01）; the complication rate of study group was higher than that of control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion There is exact effect of transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter for the treatment of intestinal obstruction,with less complications. So it is worthy of clinical application.
