摘要
目的探究并全面分析松弛训练联合心理疏导治疗青年女性焦虑症患者的疗效。方法在郑州市第九人民医院进行诊断并接受治疗的青年女性焦虑症患者中选取82例作为研究对象,按照诊断的先后顺序将其均分为对照组(n=41例)、实验组(n=41例),仅给予对照组患者常规治疗的方法,而实验组在常规治疗的基础上采用松弛训练联合心理疏导进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分变化的情况以及生活质量评分(GQOLI-74)。结果治疗后,实验组患者的HAMA的评分明显低于对照组的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗的GQOLI-74总评分为75.15±1.58分,对照组为69.48±2.36分,实验组的生活质量明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予青年女性焦虑症患者松弛训练联合心理疏导进行治疗,可有效改善其焦虑情绪,从而提高生活质量,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive relaxation training combined with psychological counseling treatment of young female patients with anxiety disorder. Methods 82 young female patients with anxiety disorder were selected as the research objects. According to the order of the diagnosis,they were divided into control group(n = 41 cases) and the experimental group(n = 41 cases). The control group only received conventional treatment,while the experimental group,based on the conventional treatment,received the relaxation training combined with psychological treatment. Change of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score and quality of life(QOLI-74) of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the HAMA score of patients in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group. The difference is statistically significant(P 〈0. 05). GQOLI-74 total score of the experimental group is(75. 15 ± 1. 58),and that of the control group is(69. 48 ± 2. 36). The quality of life of the experimental group is significantly better than the control group. There is statistically significant difference(P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Young female patients with anxiety disorder relaxation training combined with psychological counseling treatment can effectively improve the anxiety,and improve the quality of life. So it is worth in clinical application.
