平衡评定对住院老年精神病患者护理措施干预的影响分析

Influence of Balance Evaluation on the Nursing intervention in Patients with Elderly Psychiatric in Hospital

目的探讨平衡评定对住院老年精神病患者护理措施干预的影响。方法对80例入院的老年精神病患者按随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规精神科护理,研究组在常规护理基础上进行平衡功能评定,结合评定的结果制定相应的护理措施及日常生活技能的训练。两组患者于干预前及干预6周后采用跌倒发生率、Berg平衡量表、日常生活自理能力评定量表(ADL)进行测评。结果干预前后研究组跌倒发生率、Berg平衡量表及生活自理能力评分量表比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对老年精神病患者实施平衡评定,对制定安全护理、生活自理能力训练方面的护理措施有临床意义,有利于老年精神病患者的康复。

Objective To explore the influence of Balance evaluation on the nursing intervention in patients with elderly psychiatric in hospital. Methods 80 cases of old schizophrenia patients were randomized divided into research group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. The control group were treated with conventional psychiatric nursing,and the research group were given balance function assessment in research group on the basis of control group. Combined with the result of assessment,corresponding nursing measures and daily living skills training were formulated. Two groups were assessed by using the incidence of falls,Berg balance scale,self-care ability of daily life（ADL） at the baseline and at the end of the 6 th week of the treatment. Result Before and after the intervention,the scores of the incidence of falls,Berg balance scale and self-care ability are statistically significant in the research group（P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion Through the balance assessment in elderly patients with mental illness,measures of safety nursing,living self-care ability training of nursing measures have clinical significance,and conducive to rehabilitation in elderly patients with mental illness.
