摘要
为评价马流产沙门菌来源的鞭毛蛋白FljB(flagellinB)的免疫原性及免疫效果,本试验通过PCR扩增该菌的鞭毛蛋白基因FljB,构建重组质粒pET28a—FljB,并用表达纯化的重组蛋白FbB免疫小鼠。结果显示,该重组蛋白大小约为41300。该蛋白能够诱导小鼠产生较高的体液免疫水平,二免后小鼠血清中抗体水平可达1:21500。该蛋白免疫后对小鼠的攻毒保护力为75%。本试验结果为进一步利用该蛋白进行马相关传染病的预防与控制奠定基础。
In order to evaluate the immunogenieity and immune effects of FljB(flagellin B) from Salmonella abortus equi,FljB gene of Salmonella abortus equi was amplified by PCR and recombi- nant plasmids pET28a-FljB was constructed. Then FljB recombinant protein was expressed and purified protein was used to immunize mice. The results showed that the recombinant protein was about 41 300. FljB was able to induce higher humoral immunity level. After 2nd immunization the antibody titer of immunized mice could reach to 1 : 21 500. The antibody protection rate was 75%. The result laid foundation for prevention and control of many related equine infectious diseases u- sing this protein in future.
