妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因探究分析

Etiological Analysis of Endometriosis in Incision of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的分析妇产科手术切口导致引发子宫内膜异位症的因素。方法选取2013年10月—2016年10月间收治的众多行妇产科手术且引发子宫内膜异位症的女性患者中随机抽取150例作为本次研究对象,由参与本次研究的临床工作者就150例女性患者术后引发子宫内膜异位症的多方位因素进行全面性探究,并根据治疗方案的不同将其分为两组(一般组与观察组)进行区别性治疗,予以一般组患者常规药物治疗,对观察组患者则在此基础上进行一次性病灶清除术,而后对比分析其临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果经全面性研究发现,妇产科手术史以及子宫内膜碎片和体腔上皮是导致女性患者出现子宫内膜异位症的主要致病因素。同时,经针对性治疗后,两组子宫内膜异位症患者在临床疗效与不良反应发生率的相关数据中均存在显著性的统计学差异(观察组均优于一般组,P<0.05)。其中,一般组患者的临床治疗总有效率为85.33%,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为98.67%。结论妇产科手术史以及子宫内膜碎片和体腔上皮是引发子宫内膜异位症的主要因素,且同时采用常规药物与一次性病灶切除术对子宫内膜异位症患者进行治疗能够有效促进临床疗效的提升,并还可将其不良反应发生率最小化,临床应大力推广。

Objective To analyze the factors leading to the cause of endometriosis in incision of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods150 patients among female patients in the hospital from October,2013 to October,2016 were randomly selected as the research objects.Multi factors were used by clinical workers participated in the study to analyze 150 female patients caused by endometriosis,and according to the different treatment options,patients were divided into two groups（ normal group and observation group）. The control group were given routine drug treatment. On the basis routine treatment,patients received disposal lesion removal. Then the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After comprehensive research,obstetrics and gynecology operation history,endometrial debris and coelomic epithelium are the main causes of endometriosis. At the same time,after targeted therapy,there are statistically significant differences in the related data of clinical effect and side reaction between two groups（ the observation group is superior to normal group,P 〈0. 05）. Among them,total effective rate of patients in observation group is 85. 33%,and that of the control group is 98. 67%.Conclusion Gynecologic surgery history,endometrial fragments and coelomic epithelium is a major factor in endometriosis,and at the same time,conventional drugs and disposable lesion resection treatment of patients with endometriosis can effectively promote the clinical curative effect of ascension,and also can minimize the incidence of adverse reactions. So it should be vigorously promoted.
