消化科住院患者睡眠障碍调查研究

Investigation of Sleep Disorders in Inpatients in Gastroenterology Department

目的调查消化科住院患者睡眠障碍的发病情况。方法对2016年6—2016年12月于西安市中心医院消化科住院的419例患者进行疾病病种分类,分为8大类,分别是功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)、胆胰疾病、消化性溃疡、消化道肿瘤、胃肠道息肉、胃食管反流病(GERD)、肝硬化失代偿期、其他肠道疾病。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)分析各种疾病患者睡眠障碍情况,并与同期健康对照者进行比较。结果除胆胰疾病患者外,其余各种疾病患者均存在睡眠障碍,与健康对照者相比,睡眠障碍发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中,消化道肿瘤和FGIDs患者睡眠障碍发生率最高,分别为82.60%和81.16%,且除催眠药物成分外,其余各PSQI成分均与健康对照者有明显差异。结论消化科住院患者普遍存在睡眠障碍,应加强对住院患者睡眠障碍的治疗及护理,以提高患者的生活质量及促进疾病的恢复。

Objective To investigate the morbidity of sleep disorders in inpatients of Gastroenterology Department. Methods419 patients were divided into 8 categories,functional gastrointestinal disease（ FGIDs）,biliary and pancreatic diseases,peptic ulcer,gastrointestinal cancer,gastrointestinal polyps, stomach esophageal reflux disease（ GERD）, decompensated liver cirrhosis,and other intestinal diseases. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale（ PSQI） was used to analyze sleep disorders in patients with various diseases,and they were compared with healthy persons. Results In addition to patients with gallbladder and pancreatic disease,patients with the rest of the various diseases have sleep disorders. Compared with healthy persons,the incidence of sleep disorders are significantly different（ P〈0. 01）. Among them,the incidence of sleep disorders is 82. 60% and 81. 16% in digestive tract tumors and functional gastrointestinal disorders（ FGIDs）,respectively. In addition to hypnotic components,the other PSQI components are significantly different from healthy persons. Conclusion Sleep disorders are common in inpatients of Gastroenterology Department.The treatment and nursing of sleep disorders should be strengthened in order to improve the quality of life and to promote the recovery of disease.
