摘要
医药卫生体制改革在城市公立医院进行试点。公立医院改革成效显著,破除"以药养医"的改革撬动了城市公立医院综合改革,在提高医院管理水平,完善医疗服务体系,推进医疗服务价格调整,改革医保支付方式等方面起到了有效的引导和调控作用,医疗资源结构布局得到优化。针对公立医院综合改革进展现状和现存不足进行概述并提出建议。
Urban public hospitals are the pilots of medical and healthcare reform. Public hospital reform has gained great achievements. The reform of the break of drug-maintaining-medicine starts the comprehensive reform of urban public hospital. Public hospital reform has regulated and controlled the following aspects,including enhancing hospital management level,perfecting medical and healthcare service system,promoting the price adjustment of medical and healthcare service,and reforming medical payment insurance method. In this way,medical resource structural layout is optimized. However,there are still some disadvantages of public hospital comprehensive reform. Progress and suggestions of comprehensive reform of urban public hospital are proposed.
