不同透析模式的临床获益探讨——延长透析时间还是提高透析频率

Impact of the Different Dialysis Modes on Clinical Benefits-Dialysis:Prolonging Dialysis Time or Improving Dialysis Frequency

我国终末期肾衰患者众多,目前透析患者已超过30万人,透析患者的生活质量与长期存活率还不理想,是慢性疾病死亡率最高的人群。近年来随着对透析充分性的研究及患者临床数据研究的不断深入,在血液透析的充分性中出现一些新进展,尤其表现在通过延长透析时间的治疗模式方面。文章就该领域近些年的研究进展作一综述。

Until now,the number of patients with end-stage renal disease is large,and the number of dialysis patients in China is more than 300000. Life quality and long-term survival rate of dialysis patients are not good,and the death rate of dialysis patients is the highest. Several studies have assessed the impact of changes in dialysis adequacy,especially in the respect of dialysis treatment time（ TT）. This paper provides a brief review these years.
