政府管制、市场竞争与企业资源投资--来自中国企业信息技术资源投资的证据

Government Regulations,Market Competition and Enterprise Resource Investments:——The Evidence from the Investment of Information Technology Resources in Chinese Enterprises

文章以企业信息技术资源投资为例,基于世界银行2012年大样本中国制造业企业商业环境调查数据,利用现代计量经济学方法考察政府管制和市场竞争对企业资源投资行为的交互影响。核心研究结论如下:(1)基准回归表明,政府管制和市场竞争都对企业资源投资有显著的正向作用,但是,交互效应表明政府管制显著弱化了市场竞争对企业资源投资的正向促进效应;(2)企业资源投资的分位数回归和不同企业规模估计发现,随着企业信息技术资源投资水平的提高和企业规模的缩小,政府管制和竞争者信息技术资源投资对企业信息技术资源投资的正向影响会逐渐变大,政府管制对市场竞争效应的负向调节作用也在逐渐强化。

Taking the enterprise information technology resource investment as an example, based on the survey data of the world bank in 2012, this paper investigates the interaction between government regulation and market competition on enterprise resource investment behavior by using modem econometric methods. The core research conclusions are as follows： （1） benchmark regression shows that government regulation and market competition have significant positive effects on enterprise resource investment, but the interaction effect shows that government regulation significantly weakens the positive effect of market competition on enterprise resource investment; （2） the quantile regression and different enterprise size estimation of enterprise resource investment find that with the improvement of enterprise information technology resource investment and the downsizing of enterprise scale, government regulation and competitor information technology resource investment have positive influence on enterprise information technology resource investment, and the negative adjustment effect of government regulation on market competition effect is gradually strengthened.
