推进贫困地区女性就业脱贫对增强女性自我发展能力,增强家庭可持续发展保障,保障女性生存和发展权利具有重要的意义。精准扶贫、精准脱贫背景下,贫困地区女性就业脱贫与家庭可持续发展保障取得了积极的发展成效,但是,贫困地区女性的生存和发展权利仍未引起各界足够的重视,女性的自我发展能力较薄弱,女性就业难问题突出,贫困家庭可持续发展保障能力总体上仍较薄弱等。应从强化对贫困地区女性生存和发展权利的重视程度,加强贫困地区女性的自我发展能力建设,深入推进贫困地区精准扶贫、精准脱贫工作,增强贫困地区女性家庭可持续发展保障等方面加快推进贫困地区女性就业脱贫与进一步增强家庭可持续发展保障。
