城市经济学理论研究演进及其对中国新型城镇化建设的启示

The Evolution of Theoretical Research on Urban Economics and Its Enlightenment to China

文章从城市经济学的起源和基础模型入手,然后从城市内部视角、城市外部视角以及交叉学科视角三个方面,对城市经济学理论的拓展研究进行回顾之后发现,这三个视角下的拓展也正是我国城市化建设的三个主要任务。结合理论体系的演变及这三个主要任务,文章最后对我国城市经济学研究提出重视多种科学研究方法及工具的引入、重视对城市经济的理论研究、在研究城市经济问题时要注意和我国的实际相联系等建议。

This paper starts with the origin and basic model of Urban Economics, then introduces the development of urban economics theory from internal urban perspective, external urban perspective and Inter-disciplinary perspective, and we present that the expansion of these three perspectives is also the three major task of China＇s urbanization construction. Combining the evolution of the theoretical system and the three main tasks, three suggestions are put forward for the study of urban economics in China： pay attention to the introduction of various scientific research methods and tools, attach importance to the theoretical research on urban economy, and pay attention to the real situation of our country when studying urban economic issues.
