我国组织二元性热点领域研究综述及可视化分析——基于共词分析和共现网络图谱

Summary of the research on organizational ambidexterity hotspot in China and its visualization analysis: based on co-word analysis and co-occurrence of network map

以2006—2017年(截止2017. 6. 20)中国知网(CNKI)刊载的文章为研究基础,采用描述性统计分析、共现网络图谱及共词分析法对293篇与组织二元性主题高度相关的文献进行全面梳理。从宏观角度,展示了组织二元性相关研究的发文数量及趋势、主要研究机构及发文作者;通过Ucinet 6. 0、Bib Excel和Spss等软件对高频关键词矩阵做社会网络分析、聚类和多维尺度分析,直观展现了我国组织二元性的研究现状,探究出组织二元性研究的热点集中在组织二元性概念界定、实现路径、适用领域、应用结果 4方面。

Based on the article published in 2006-2017 （as of 2017.6.20） CNKI, the author uses descriptive statistic analysis, Visualization and co-word analysis method to comprehensively comb 293 papers related to organizational ambidexterity. From the macroscopic point of view, the paper shows the postings number and trend, the main research institutions and authors ; through Ucinet 6.0, Bibexcel, SPSS software, the paper conducts research on the high-frequency keyword matrix to suney its visualization, clustering and multidimensional scale, which show the current research status in our country, and explore 4 hot pots such as ： the definition of organizational ambidexterity, the realization path, the applicable field and the application result.
