某院2007年-2016年住院死亡病例分析

Analysis of Death Cases in a Hospital from 2007 to 2016

目的对某院住院患者死亡情况进行分析,了解其构成特点,为医院配置医疗资源提供决策参考。方法提取某院2007年-2016年住院病案首页数据,分析死亡患者性别构成、年龄分布、时间分布和疾病构成。使用病案首页中主要诊断编码进行死因分类,应用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果2007年-2016年间住院患者病死率为0.59%,总体病死率呈逐年下降的趋势,男性的病死率为0.83%,高于女性的0.37%;死亡年龄在71岁~80岁之间的人数最多(608/3162,19.23%)。在冬季死亡的占比最高(884/3162,占27.96%);前三位分别为:恶性肿瘤,循环系统疾病,损伤中毒等外部原因,占总体死亡患者的65.18%;恶性肿瘤死亡患者中,因肺恶性肿瘤死亡的患者居首位,肝恶性肿瘤次之,结肠恶性肿瘤居第三位。循环系统疾病中心脑血管疾病占该系统疾病的74.61%。结论应密切关注男性和老年患者的健康水平,有针对性的采取措施;加强对肿瘤的预防和控制,降低病死率。

Objective To analyze the mortality of inpatients in a hospital, understand the characteristics of the composition, so as to provide decision reference for hospital allocation of medical resources. Methods The first page data of hospitalized medical records from 2007 to 2016 in a hospital were extracted, analysis of the proportion of men and women, age distribution, time distribution and the constitution of the disease. The death diagnosis was classified by using the main diagnostic codes in the front page of the medical record. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 16 statistical software. Results In 2007-2016 years, the mortality rate was0.59%. The overall mortality rate of discharged patients was declining year by year. The mortality rate of men was0.83%, higher than that of 0.37% of women. The largest number of deaths in the age of 71-80（608 cases,19.23%）. The highest proportion of deaths in winter（884 cases, 27.96%）.The top three causes of death accounted for 65.18% of the total number of deaths, which were the external causes of malignant tumor, disease of circulatory system, injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes. Among the patients with malignant tumor death, the patients who died of lung malignant tumor were the first, and the malignant tumor of the liver was the second, Colon malignant tumor ranked third. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the circulatory system was 567, accounting for 74.61% of the disease. Conclusion We should pay close attention to the health of the male and the elderly, and take specific measures. To strengthen the prevention and control of the diseases of the tumor and reduce the mortality.
