原发性胆汁性肝硬化合并系统性红斑狼疮、肾病综合征和急性肾衰竭1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，女，56岁。2017年09月07日入院。1年前出现皮肤黄染。3月前因皮肤瘙痒加重就诊于当地医院，诊断“原发性胆汁性肝硬化”，口服熊去氧胆酸片治疗。1个月前腹泻后出现双下肢水肿、腹胀、泡沫尿，因腹胀、水肿迅速加重，伴尿少、咳嗽、胸闷，精神食欲差，遂至我院住院治疗。
