铁路物流基地盈利模式及经营策略探析

An Analysis on the Profit Model and Business Strategy of Railway Logistics Base

随着我国铁路物流基地大批量建成运营,加快建立可持续发展的物流基地盈利模式尤为迫切。通过借鉴日本、德国,以及国内物流园区盈利模式设计经验,结合铁路物流基地资源禀赋及业态、功能定位,提出初创期完善基础服务、成长期提供增值服务、成熟期发展智慧物流的铁路物流基地三阶段盈利模式设计方案,并从加强物流地产经营、加强招商与开发开放、创新供应链一体化服务、推动第四方物流服务、构建智慧物流云平台、加强专业经营管理等层面提出经营对策与建议,为我国铁路物流基地经营开发提供参考。

It is urgent for railway logistics bases to accelerate the establishment of a sustainable profit model after the completion and operation of large quantities of railway logistics bases. Through providing the profit model design experiences of social logistics parks in Japan, Germany and China as reference, combining with the resources and formats, function orientation of railway logistics, the scheme of three-stage profit model is proposed in this paper, that include the start- up stage aiming at improving basic service, the growth stage aiming at providing value-added services and the maturity stage aiming at developing intelligent logistics. The countermeasures and suggestions, including of strengthening the logistics real estate business, strengthening the investment and open innovation, reforming the supply chain integration services and developing the fourth party logistics, are put forward to serve as reference points for China＇s railway logistics base for the business development.
