基于灰色聚类分析的物流发展质量评价研究

Logistics Development Quality Evaluation based on Grey Clustering Analysis

为了提高全社会物流质量和效率,推动物流业转型升级和创新发展,以我国30个省区市为研究对象,选取经济社会发展、物流需求状况、物流规模、物流基础设施及信息发展水平5个方面指标建立物流发展质量综合评价指标体系,运用基于中心点混合三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评估模型对各省区市2015年的物流发展质量进行测度,将其物流发展水平分为5个灰类,进而运用优势粗糙集方法对聚类结果进一步分析,找出影响物流发展质量的核心因素,最后提出针对各省区市物流发展水平的物流发展对策建议,为实现物流业升级转型提供参考。

In order to improve the logistics quality and efficiency of the whole society, and promote the transformation, upgrading and innovation-driven development of logistics industry, this paper takes the 30 provinces （including autonomous regions and municipalities） in China as the subjects of study and establishes the Logistics Development Quality Evaluation Indicators System considering five factors, which are social economic development, logistics demand situation, logistics scale, logistics infrastructure and application level of information technology. Then the logistics development quality in 2015 of each province is measured and scaled with the grey clustering evaluation model based on the center point mixed triangle albino function. Their development levels are classified in five Grey Leagues. In-depth analysis on the clustering results is carried out with the Dominance Rough Set Approach so as to identify the key factors impacting logistics development quality. Finally, suggestions for improving the development quality in each province are provided for reference on realizing the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.
