摘要
为加强高速铁路通过能力评估的系统性、提高评估结果的准确性,综合考虑区间通过能力、车站到发线能力、动车组运用等影响因素,在.NET平台下运用C#语言开发高速铁路运能评估系统。在阐述高速铁路运能评估系统设计目标和设计原则的基础上,对高速铁路运能评估系统逻辑架构、功能结构和主控流程进行设计,主要功能包括基础数据管理、运行图显示与编辑、交路图显示与编辑、能力计算和评估结果展示功能。高速铁路运能评估系统在中国铁路北京局集团有限公司的测试结果表明,该系统贴近运输生产实际,能方便、准确地计算并评估高速铁路通过能力,可以为高速铁路运输组织优化工作提供有力的技术支撑。
The high-speed railway transport capacity evaluation system has been developed for considering factors mainly including section carrying capacity, station arrival and departure capacity and the application of multiple units, in order to strengthen the systematicness of high-speed railway capacity evaluation and improve the accuracy of assessment results. The system is an integrated and visualized high-speed railway carrying capacity calculation and evaluation system, which is developed by C# language under the NET Framework. Based on the goals and principles of the system design, the logical as well as function structure and control flow of the system are designed. The main functions of the system include basic data management, timetable displaying and editing, circulating diagram displaying and editing, the capacity calculation and evaluation result. The numerical experiment results in Beijing Railway Administration show that the system is adaptable to the actual production of transport, and it can be easily and accurately utilized to calculate and evaluate the carrying capacity of high-speed railway, which can provide powerful technical support for the optimization of high-speed railway transport organization.
