摘要
苹果汁生产过程中产生大量的残留物,主要包括苹果皮、种子和浆状物,被称为苹果渣。这种副产物几乎没有被探索,但它却是一种丰富多样的混合物,含有多种有吸引力的植物化学物质。其中,熊果酸(UA)由于其治疗潜力而引起关注。UA是一种五环三萜类化合物,在几种传统植物中也发现了它的存在,并且UA已经显示出几种生物活性如抗菌、抗原虫、抗炎和抗肿瘤。因此,文章试图揭示苹果和苹果渣作为生物活性化合物来源的经济可行性,突出了UA的提取。
A large number of residues are generated in the process of production of apple juice,mainly including apple peel,seeds and pulp,known as apple pomace.This by-product is hardly explored,but it is a rich and varied mixture that contains a variety of attractive botanicals.Among them,ursolic acid(UA)causes concerndue to its therapeutic potential.UA is a pentacyclic triterpenoid,which has also been found in several traditional plants,and UA has already shown several biological activities such as antibacterial,anthelmintic,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor.Therefore,this paper attempts to reveal the economic viability of apple and apple pomace as biologically active compound source,highlighting the extraction of UA.
