高等院校社会化与文化创造探析

On College's Socialization and Culture Innovation

研究提出高等院校是社会系统的重要文化子系统,在文化大发展大繁荣的同时,受文化传播媒体等因素影响,容易出现文化偏离现象。因此,高等院校需完善制度性文化建设以优化学术创新管理机制,有组织地形塑教师共同体及其教学文化,并通过协同创新加强师生的社会实践,积极促成协同创新文化的养成。

The research suggests that institutions of higher learning are important cultural subsystems of the social system. During the great development and prosperity of culture,cultural deviation is easy to occur due to factors such as cultural communication media. Therefore,it needs to perfect the institutional culture construction in colleges and universities to optimize the academic innovation management mechanism,and to shape community of teachers and teaching culture in an organized way. Through the collaborative innovation,to strengthen the teachers＇ and students＇ social practice and actively to develop collaborative innovation culture.
