移动互联软件辅助高职院校辅导员对顶岗实习学生教育管理的研究

A Study on Education and Management With Mobile Internet Software Assisting by Higher Vocational Counselors for Post Practice Students

针对当前高职院校学生顶岗实习过程中的辅导员对学生思想政治教育内容和方法欠缺、全过程管理半真空化、安全保障难度大及即时通联难度大等四个方面进行了分析研究。自主研究开发宁夏建设职业技术学院顶岗实习教育管理软件(电脑版、APP版),辅助辅导员对顶岗实习学生进行全方位思想政治教育与日常管理。构建出思想政治教育资源学习库、全过程化管理体系、师生即时交流、信息共享交流、顶岗实习学生动态监控管理五位一体的辅导员思想政治教育和学生管理系统软件,为高职院校顶岗实习学生思想政治动态教育与管理提供新模式。

This article fully analyzes some problems that higher vocational counselors will encounter in management of post practice students. These problems can be divided into four aspects,which include the lack of content and methods that counselors master for students＇ ideology and politics education,the weak process management,the difficulty of students＇ safety protection and communication. Through developing the post practice software（ PC version and APP） by Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College,help counselors to educate and manage students on ideology and politics comprehensively. The software of ideology and politics education comprises resource library of ideological and political education, system of whole process management,instant communication between counselors and students,monitoring and managing on students dynamically,can provide higher vocational counselors a new mode in management of post practice students.
