中高职衔接“前厅服务与管理”课程建设的思考

摘要 《前厅服务与管理》不仅是中职教育高星级饭店运营与管理专业的核心课程之一,更是高职教育的核心课之一,所以是中高职衔接课程体系建设中的重点科目之一。本文主要从课程目标确定、课程内容确定、教学方法确定、课程考核确定四大方面进行中高职衔接《前厅服务与管理》课程的建设,基于工作过程及岗位职业标准要求,理实一体、工学结合、仿真实训教学,切实为高星级饭店运营与管理专业培养出合格的基层服务与管理人才。 "Front office service and management"is not only one of the core courses of high-star operation and management major in secondary vocational education,but also one of the core courses of higher vocational education. Therefore,it is one of the key subjects in the construction of curriculum system of the connection of secondary vocational and higher vocational education. It mainly carries on the curriculum construction from the determination of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching methods,and curriculum assessment. Based on the course construction,work process and post occupation standard,with integration of theory and practice,the combination of work and study,and simulation training teaching,cultivate qualified personnel for basic service and management for high-star operation and management major.
