中等职业学校晚自习管理策略

摘要 "以教师为主导,以学生为主体"的教育管理理念和中等职业学校学生特点,使得中等职业学校晚自习管理策略应突出技能性和学生参与度。以河南省财经学校计算机技术系学生晚自习情况为蓝本,综合运用管理学、教育学、心理学等理论、方法和工具。在调查统计、归纳分析影响学生晚自习效果众多因素基础上,结合该校晚自习实际情况,提出有效、易操作的晚自习管理策略。经实践验证,具有可行性、时效性和实用性,能够有效地促进晚自习管理工作效果。 The education management concept of "the teacher as the leadership,the student as the main body " and the characteristics of the secondary vocational students make management strategy of the self-study at night highlight the skills and students' participation. Taking the students of computer technology department of Henan Finance and Economics School as an example,the theory,methods and tools of management,pedagogy and psychology are applied comprehensively. On the base of the investigation statistics and inductive analysis of much factors that affect the result of students,with the real situation of the self-study at night,some effective and operational management strategies about self-study at night have been raised and applied to Henan Finance and Economics School. It is proved by practice that management strategy has feasibility, timeliness and practicability,and can effectively promote the management effect of self-study at night.
